Refund policy


You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.


You can make the return within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. And you have to contact our customer service to provide you with the return address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giftee received the order to give to him or her later, we will issue a refund to the giftee and he or she will find out about your return.

If your order is greater than 60 Euros, shipping costs will be free.
